Sephora USA, Inc. CASTLE ROCK store is seeking an Operations Associate to be the backbone of daily retail operations. You’ll manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and uphold Sephora’s brand standards while contributing to an exceptional client experience.

You’ll help with visual merchandising, support sales goals, and foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture. The role is hourly with flexible scheduling, offering healthcare benefits and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards


• Assist with visual merchandisingEnsure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution


• Deliver exceptional serviceSupport the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals


• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
