The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The role is an early morning position, working with a team to perform functions prior to store opening. Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Maneuver around the store quickly, work with merchandise, and assist customers with questions or requests.
  2. Executes pricing and signing: Change ticket prices and signage efficiently across the store.
  3. Replenish and restock: Assist in pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure product availability for customers.
  4. Receive and unload merchandise: Work with colleagues to unload trucks and organize the backroom.
  5. Backroom standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
  6. Omnichannel contributions: Support efforts like Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, and online order shipping and returns.
  7. Merchandise strategy: Execute merchandising plans communicated by leadership to enhance customer experience.
  8. Learning environment participation: Absorb new information on merchandise, safety, productivity, and business processes.
