Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role that requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving products, and working with partner drivers.

Customers turn to Gopuff for everyday essentials, day and night. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers to reshape retail faster than ever before. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
• Receive and unpack pallets, ensure inventory matches purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO practices
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items
• Handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently
• Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts
• Use carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move products
• Work in freezer locations periodically
• Prepare food and beverage items following recipes and standards
• Ensure accuracy in packaging for delivery
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Receive and verify orders/invoices, resolve discrepancies
• Maintain kitchen organization and manage waste and spoilage
• Prepare, package, and stage orders

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in restaurant or retail (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including peak shifts
• Basic knowledge of web-based applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds for the duration of shifts
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays

Incentives:
