Job summary

The St. James in Springfield, VA is seeking an Operations Associate to support event operations and venue activities.

You will assemble, deliver and maintain equipment for practices, games, and events, while providing crowd control and event-related duties to ensure smooth experiences for participants and guests. You will also assist with game operations, ticketing support, scheduling tools, and minor maintenance tasks.

• Maintain and organize storage spaces; report damages.
• Monitor venue activities and direct operations as needed.
• Maintain equipment inventory and perform minor repairs as required.
• Interact with digital communications and scheduling tools.
• Assist with sports league administration and registrations.
• Provide venue support including painting, maintenance and cleaning tasks.
