Poseidon Aerospace, a San Francisco Bay Area startup building autonomous cargo aircraft, is seeking an Operations Associate to join the team and keep the day-to-day running smoothly.

You’ll work with our Business Operations Manager and across engineering, manufacturing, and finance to unblock problems, coordinate shipments, and improve internal processes. If you are organized, resourceful, and excited about aerospace, this hands-on role offers ownership, growth, and meaningful equity.

Poseidon Aerospace is looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help keep a fast-moving aerospace startup running efficiently. You’ll work directly with our Business Operations Manager and across the broader company, taking on the day-to-day operational work that enables our engineering and manufacturing teams to move quickly. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, figuring things out, and making things happen. The work will be varied. You might be coordinating a shipment one day, improving an internal process the next, and helping solve an unexpected operational problem at a test site the day after that.
