MedRhythms in Portland, OR is seeking an Operations Associate to support patients, providers, and internal teams from enrollment through fulfillment. You will ensure documentation accuracy, coordinate information requests, and help maintain timely processing of prescriptions while upholding privacy and compliance standards.

In 2023 we launched InTandem, an FDA‑authorized prescription‑only home‑use device for chronic stroke, and secured a unique HCPCS reimbursement code in 2024. In 2025 we released MOVIVE, a second FDA‑authorized device for gait rehabilitation in Parkinson’s disease.
The Operations Associate supports patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams in coordinating prescription services from enrollment through fulfillment. This role ensures documentation is complete and accurate, facilitates communication to obtain required information, and helps maintain timely prescription processing. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to delivering a positive patient and provider experience while adhering to privacy and compliance standards.
