Job summary

Team Hewins, a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor, is seeking an Operations Associate for our Foster City, CA office. The role supports the Investment Operations team, ensuring the integrity of client portfolio data and timely client deliverables in a hybrid setup (three days in office, two at home).

Key duties include daily review and maintenance of client data, managing invoicing, and producing performance and tax reports while pursuing process improvements to enhance efficiency and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–2 years in investment operations at an RIA or financial services firm preferred.
• Experience with Tamarac Suite is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Proficient with standard office software.

Team Hewins is a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with a strong leadership team, a proven process for serving clients, and an entrepreneurial bent. As an Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of the Investment Operations team supporting our client experience - ensuring the integrity of client portfolio data and the accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables. The role is based in our Foster City, CA office and works You will work both remotely and in our Foster City office andworks on a hybrid model (currently three days in the office, two days at home). Your main responsibilities will include:

Daily review and maintenance of client portfolio data

• Managing the data used in our daily investment operations
• Management of the client invoicing process
• Production and delivery of client performance and tax reports as well as internal reports supporting our portfolio management function
• Continual pursuit of process enhancements to improve team workflow and the client experience

• You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, and 1-2 years of experience in investment operations at an RIA or financial services firm. Previous experience with Tamarac Suite is helpful.

Compensation Range: $98,000 to $109,000
