Team Hewins, LLC is seeking an Operations Associate to support our Investment Operations team in Foster City, CA. The role blends in-office collaboration with a hybrid schedule (three days in the office, two days remote) and focuses on maintaining client portfolio data and delivering accurate reports to advisors and clients.

Your responsibilities include managing client invoicing, producing performance and tax reports, and driving process improvements to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in investment operations at an RIA or financial services firm.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication.

As an Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of the Investment Operations team supporting our client experience - ensuring the integrity of client portfolio data and the accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables. The role is based in our Foster City, CA office and works You will work both remotely and in our Foster City office andworks on a hybrid model (currently three days in the office, two days at home). Your main responsibilities will include:

Daily review and maintenance of client portfolio data

• Managing the data used in our daily investment operations
• Management of the client invoicing process
• Production and delivery of client performance and tax reports as well as internal reports supporting our portfolio management function
• Continual pursuit of process enhancements to improve team workflow and the client experience

• You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, and 1-2 years of experience in investment operations at an RIA or financial services firm. Previous experience with Tamarac Suite is helpful.

Compensation Range: $98,000 to $109,000
