Job summary

VICI in Fairfield, CA is seeking an Operations Associate to support outlet, store and warehouse daily operations. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise, assist with inventory movement, and help with store replenishment and local deliveries.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel between locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, unpack, and ship products safely.

• Monitor warehouse and stock areas for organization, safety and security.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Control entrance and departure of visitors at retail locations.

Summary / Objective

The Operations Associate supports the daily operations of the outlet store, retail store and warehouse by ensuring merchandised is received, organized, transferred, and available to support business needs. This role is responsible for executing assigned tasks for daily operations in the warehouse including picking, receiving, processing, prepping, storing, and transporting product between the warehouse and retail locations. The associate maintains order and de‑escalates situations with customers, assists with inventory movement, store replenishment, warehouse organization, local deliveries,keeps a safe environment and provides general operational support.

Essential Functions

• Works independently to safely receive, pick, pack, unpack, and ship products based on company standards.
• Supports daily operations of outlet and retail store locations.
• Performs all tasks with proper attention to safety procedures and conventions.
• Assists with receiving, sorting, packing, organizing, and transferring merchandise.
• Maintains organized stockrooms and warehouse areas, including replenishment of merchandise and inventory support.
• Performs local deliveries between warehouses, outlet and retail store locations (approximately 20% travel).
• Loads, unloads, and safely transports merchandise and supplies.
• Performs inventory checks and assists with maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Monitors warehouse and stock areas for organization, safety, and security.
• Performs other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Controls the entrance and departure of visitors at retail locations.
• Monitors activities on the company’s premises to ensure the environment is safe and secure.

Work Environment

• This position involves significant physical activity and exposure to varying temperatures. Candidates must be comfortable working in hot and cold conditions for extended periods, including environments that may reach extreme highs in summer.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations preferred.
• Experience handling merchandise, inventory, stockroom operations, or store support is a plus.
• Ability to learn company systems, operational processes, and required safety training.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Location and Expected Hours of Work

• Based in Fairfield, CA.
• Scheduled to work Monday through Friday.
• Full‑time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week.
• Schedule may vary based on business needs, store operations, deliveries, and special projects.
• Requires local travel between the warehouse, outlet store, and retail store locations as needed.

Compensation

$20 - $22 an hour
