Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance leadership in a high-growth tech/industrial/R&D company.
• Hands-on accounting, FP&A, treasury, and operations experience.
• Experience evaluating loans, equipment financing, leases, or other capital.
• Ability to build financial systems and processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tax, treasury, procurement, and cash management.
• Provide leadership with liquidity, runway, and capital needs insights.
• Develop capital strategy across equity, loans, credit facilities, equipment financing, leases.
• Lead financing processes and manage relationships with banks, lenders, and lessors.
• Evaluate major equipment purchases and investments for ROI and cash flow.
