Poseidon Aerospace in the Bay Area is seeking an Operations Associate to help keep a fast-moving aerospace startup running efficiently. You’ll work directly with the Business Operations Manager and across engineering, manufacturing, and admin teams to handle day-to-day tasks that keep product development and operations moving.

You’ll tackle shipments, process improvements, and on-site problem solving at test sites.

Poseidon Aerospace is looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help keep a fast-moving aerospace startup running efficiently. You’ll work directly with our Business Operations Manager and across the broader company, taking on the day-to-day operational work that enables our engineering and manufacturing teams to move quickly.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, figuring things out, and making things happen. The work will be varied. You might be coordinating a shipment one day, improving an internal process the next, and helping solve an unexpected operational problem at a test site the day after that.
