Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting company assets, including cash, and adhering to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Ensuring store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, meet company standards.
• Providing direct supervision of hourly associates when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Processing directives related to store activities, merchandise receipt, and returns, including DSD merchandise.
• Managing staffing coverage, sales effectiveness, cashiering activities, and store displays.
• Managing store supplies, expenses, and merchandising efforts to maximize sales.
• Refilling coolers and program racks/displays daily.
• Assisting with schedule creation and expense control.

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferably prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
