Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Participating in hiring, training, and developing store associates as delegated.
• Performing store opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Helping protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Maintaining safety policies and a professional environment.
• Ensuring store cleanliness and organization, including stockroom and sales floor.
• Providing supervision for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Managing receipt and return of merchandise and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Assisting in staffing, sales floor management, and cash handling practices.
• Overseeing promotional displays, seasonal areas, signage, and merchandise replenishment.
• Supporting weekly scheduling, supplies, and expense management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferably prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
