Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
2. Helping with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
3. Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
4. Protecting and securing company assets, including store cash.
5. Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
6. Managing store areas including stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
7. Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present.
8. Processing directives related to store activities and merchandise receipt/returns.
9. Assisting with staffing coverage, sales effectiveness, cashiering, merchandising, and supplies management.
10. Maintaining store displays, signage, and product replenishment.
11. Supporting the creation of weekly schedules and expense control.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
