Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Assisting with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Performing store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing store assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers and staff.
• Managing store areas to company standards, including recovery.
• Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and communications.
• Managing merchandise receipt, return, and damaged goods processing.
• Assisting with scheduling, supplies, and expense control.
• Supporting merchandising, displays, and promotional activities.
• Ensuring store signage and displays are up to date.
• Managing cashiering activities and cash handling practices.
• Maintaining seasonal and impulse sales areas.
• Refilling coolers and storefront displays daily.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
