Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Follow all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Ensure all store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, meet company standards, including recovery.
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly associates.
• Process all corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Help ensure proper staffing coverage daily.
• Assist in managing cashiering activities and cash handling practices.
• Support promotional displays and seasonal sales areas.
• Coordinate signage and ensure merchandise replenishment.
• Assist with store supplies management and expense control.
• Maintain checkout area for impulse sales.
• Ensure coolers and displays are refilled daily.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
