Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Participating in hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting store assets and cash, adhering to policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Managing store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Managing receipt and return of merchandise and ensuring proper staffing and sales effectiveness.
• Overseeing cashiering activities and store displays.
• Managing store supplies, expenses, and merchandising to maximize sales.
• Refilling store displays and maintaining signage.
• Creating weekly schedules and assisting with inventory management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferred prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
