Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks within the store, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations, as delegated by the Store Manager
• Helping with hiring, training, and development of store associates
• Performing store opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Protecting and securing all company assets, including store cash
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors
• Managing store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards
• Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent
• Processing corporate directives and store communications
• Assisting with receipt and return of merchandise, including damaged goods
• Supporting staffing coverage and sales effectiveness daily
• Managing cashiering activities and ensuring cash handling guidelines are followed
• Maintaining promotional displays and seasonal areas
• Creating weekly schedules and managing store supplies and expenses
• Refilling coolers and displays daily

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
