The Operations Assistant Manager at Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the movement, distribution, and storage of materials, ensuring the efficient flow of incoming and outgoing materials to guarantee timely delivery to stores and vendors. This role also encompasses the management of transportation logistics, vehicles, equipment, and strategic planning for warehouse operations, all while prioritizing safety and operational efficiency in the absence of the Operations Manager.

This position carries supervisory responsibilities. The Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned staff, and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
