Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
2. Helping with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
3. Performing store opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
4. Protecting and securing store assets, including cash.
5. Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
6. Maintaining store standards, including recovery of all areas.
7. Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
8. Processing directives related to store activities, including merchandise receipt and return, following company policies.
9. Ensuring proper staffing coverage and sales effectiveness daily.
10. Managing cashiering activities and cash handling practices.
11. Managing store displays, signage, and seasonal areas.
12. Assisting with inventory management, including damaged merchandise processing.
13. Creating weekly schedules and managing supplies and expenses.
14. Maintaining the checkout area to maximize impulse sales.
15. Refilling coolers and display racks daily.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Prior retail and management experience preferred.
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
3. Ability to lift, bend, and transport merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
4. Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
