Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing store opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing all company assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Managing store areas to company standards, including recovery and merchandising.
• Supervisory responsibilities for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, and other store communications.
• Assisting with receipt and return of DSD merchandise and managing damaged goods.
• Supporting staffing, sales effectiveness, cash handling, and promotional displays.
• Creating weekly schedules and managing store supplies and expenses.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
