Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
  2. Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
  3. Performing store functions and daily activities as directed.
  4. Managing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
  5. Protecting store assets, including cash, and adhering to policies and safety guidelines.
  6. Maintaining a professional environment with customers and staff.
  7. Overseeing store cleanliness, stockroom, and sales floor recovery to company standards.
  8. Assuming supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is unavailable.
  9. Processing corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
  10. Assisting with receipt and return of merchandise, including damaged goods.
  11. Supporting staffing, sales effectiveness, cash handling, signage, merchandising, and supplies management.
  12. Participating in creating weekly schedules and managing store expenses.
  13. Ensuring product displays and coolers are replenished daily.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Prior retail and management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
