Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Helping protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional and friendly environment with customers, subordinates, and supervisors.
• Managing store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Providing direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present.
• Processing corporate directives and managing store activities as delegated.
• Assisting with receipt and return of merchandise and ensuring proper staffing coverage.
• Supporting sales effectiveness, merchandising, signage, and store displays.
• Managing store supplies, expenses, and checkout area to maximize sales.
• Refilling coolers and displays daily.
• Assisting with scheduling and managing store supplies and expenses.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and transport merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
