Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including cash
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a professional, friendly environment with customers, staff, and supervisors
• Keep all store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards, including recovery
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly Associates
• Process all corporate directives and store communications
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies
• Ensure proper staffing coverage daily
• Help manage cashiering activities and ensure cash handling guidelines are followed
• Oversee promotional displays and seasonal areas to maximize sales
• Coordinate signage and store displays
• Handle damaged merchandise daily
• Assist with weekly scheduling and store supplies management
• Maintain checkout area and merchandise displays to maximize impulse sales
• Refill coolers and program racks/displays daily

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
