Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Follow all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for customers, employees, and supervisors.
• Keep all areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• When the Store Manager is not present, oversee hourly Associates.
• Process all corporate directives and store communications.
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Help ensure proper staffing coverage daily.
• Assist in managing cashiering activities and cash handling practices.
• Coordinate store signage and displays for promotional effectiveness.
• Manage seasonal areas and ensure merchandise replenishment.
• Assist with weekly scheduling and store supplies management.
• Maintain checkout area and maximize impulse sales.
• Refill coolers and program racks/displays daily.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
