Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keep all store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards, including recovery.
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly Associates.
• Process all corporate directives including pull and hold/destroy, task compliance, and survey information.
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Ensure proper staffing coverage daily.
• Help manage cashiering activities, ensuring cash handling practices are followed.
• Maintain effective promotional displays and store signage.
• Assist with seasonal merchandise management and store supplies control.
• Help maximize impulse sales at checkout and keep store displays stocked.
• Assist in creating weekly schedules.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
