Operations Assistant II - Warehouse Operations

Location: Doral, FL

Your role in our success will be...

Assists and supports the Manager and Supervisors in maintaining efficient and effective daily operations, including warehousing, inventory support, administration of packing slips, invoicing, allocating and accounting charges, accruals, records management, and report generation. Supports the warehouse team with material (inventory and non-inventory) needs and vendor relations. Performs administrative tasks requiring independent judgment and familiarity with business operations and material applications.

What you'll be working on...
  1. Processing inbound invoices, scanning matching packing slips with invoices, coding/allocating charges to proper accounts for all divisions.
  2. Reviewing accuracy and completeness of vendor invoices, verifying vendor, amount, general ledger, coding, and sales tax.
  3. Supporting warehouse technicians in processing and entering inventory-related receipts, charges, and POs via E4SE / 1CX system.
  4. Creating purchase requisitions, scanning/uploading related images, and coding in Doc-Link for routing and approvals.
  5. Supporting the warehouse team with E4SE inventory system needs, including product identification, codes, costs, and data management.
  6. Assisting in warehouse inventory audits.
  7. Recommending improvements to inventory and accounts payable processes.
  8. Tracking inventory and non-inventory stock levels, vendor costs, etc.
  9. Supporting monthly accrual reporting and pending invoice identification.
  10. Responding promptly and professionally to employee and vendor inquiries.
  11. Managing storage and retrieval of records.
  12. Processing P-card charges and allocations.
  13. Performing invoicing, record filing, and asset management tasks.
  14. Downloading meter readings and preparing monthly reports.
  15. Performing data entry for compliance and supporting technicians.
  16. Completing accounts payable monthly close tasks.
Who you are...
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years of clerical/office experience.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, MS Office, SAP, and FPU databases.
  • Knowledge of basic inventory procedures.
  • Understanding of natural gas materials and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong clerical, writing, and math skills.
  • Ability to understand and apply accounting principles.
