About The Role

Assist in daily yard operations, ensuring the seamless execution of logistics, vehicle preparation, and support for the company’s operational goals. Collaborate with teams to maintain safety, organization, and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing efficient vehicle preparation and delivery processes.
  • Support analysis of operational trends to optimize workflows.
  • Work closely with logistics teams to align operational activities.
  • Ensure high standards in vehicle inspections and preparation.
  • Help manage client expectations regarding vehicle delivery and logistics timelines.
  • Support team members during daily operations and participate in training to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for vehicles and flatbed kits.
  • Assist in vehicle testing and logistics scheduling.
  • Collect and report client feedback to improve operational processes.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and administrative teams to meet operational objectives.
  • Prepare activity reports and analyze operations data to identify trends.
  • Contribute to setting and executing strategic operational goals.
Requisitos
  • Prior experience in yard or logistics operations preferred.
