Job description

SUPPORT OUTDOOR LIVING & LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

A highly motivated and driven individual willing to be flexible and who is interested in social media, completing daily admin tasks such as invoicing, 3D landscape design, and customer service.

You will work with our operations manager to ensure the timely delivery of 3D renderings, estimates, and invoices to our clients. This role will include all aspects of the landscaping business, including bookwork, social media management, some field work (optional/on occasion), and customer service.

Office space, office equipment, a company vehicle, and business management and design software will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to reliably commute to Westby, WI
• Valid driver's license
• Construction/business experience is a bonus
• Administrative experience is a bonus
• Basic computer, iPhone, social media, and design experience required
• The ability to learn new things
• Independence and strong problem solving skills

JOB TYPE & PAY

• Part time and full time positions available

PAY STRUCTURE

• $17-$22/hr based on experience (Negotiable)
• 3% 401k contribution
