Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an Operations Assistant to support Interior Designers and assist in delivering an exceptional guest experience at the store level. You will coordinate with Studio staff and other Ops Assis­tants to uphold standards and drive sales while aligning with company policies.

The role emphasizes service excellence, product knowledge, and teamwork across merchandising and operations. The position focuses on guest engagement, accurate hours, and reliable communication, with opportunities

Responsibilities

• Perform all opening and closing duties as directed
• Record all hours worked
• Review and act upon all email and MAPP communications
• Reinforce and drive all aspects of an exceptional guest experience at every touch point
• Assist customers in the studio when Interior Designers are not available
• Drive a guest-focused atmosphere and ensure the highest level of service using our selling model
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge
• Maintain operational and reporting standards
• Promptly solve guest concerns
• Follow up with guests before and after the sale and at delivery
• Encourage and support Interior Designers and other Operations Assistants
• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings and weekly lead/business reviews
• Partner with Visual Manager and other Operations Assistants regarding merchandising and inventory control
• Maintain up-to-date product and systems knowledge
• Review all orders for complete accuracy and 100% compliance with standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Maintain tagging standards and assist with tagging procedures
• Participate in weekly team meetings and weekly lead reviews

The Operations Assistant provides support to the Interior Designers (ID's) and shares ownership of all aspects of the business at the store level. They partner with the Studio staff to drive sales in order to consistently exceed business objectives. This individual drives an exceptional guest experience and is committed to operational excellence. They coordinate with other Operations Assistants at the Studio, as well as ID's to maintain all operational standards. They are an enthusiastic representative of the Arhaus brand. Operations Assistants utilize all aspects of our selling model to generate sales, and are responsible for conducting business according to all company standards, policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
