Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care is looking for an operations-minded individual contributor to shape processes as we scale our multi-state healthcare operations. You will collaborate with leaders across various departments to improve systems and streamline operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working independently. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office, and Quickbooks is highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a fast-paced startup.
• Strong organizational skills with bias toward execution.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a power user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Document and improve internal SOPs and workflows.
• Support operational readiness for new state launches.
