Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administration, organization, and automation of the industrial security program in accordance with NISPOM and company policies.
- Manage reporting and milestones for Project Cogswell and other assignments as needed.
- Track and enforce compliance with security training, self-inspection schedules, briefing certifications, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with FSO, CSSOs, and senior leadership to ensure security posture aligns with program and contractual needs.
- Liaise with IT, HR, Facilities, and Contract teams to ensure integrated support.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation to enhance security compliance and operational efficiency.
- Assist in drafting and maintaining security plans, SOPs, checklists, job aids, and manage records to remain compliant.
- Serve as the primary contact for physical security and operational matters related to secure facilities and new build projects outside SPA Headquarters.
- Coordinate with FSO, IT, Facilities management, contractors, and program managers to ensure seamless secure area operations, including new buildouts.
- Support accreditation/reaccreditation processes and maintain all required documentation.
- Assist the corporate Facilities VP as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across departments and with external vendors.
- Experience supporting SCI environments.
- Top Secret/SCI clearance.
