Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily administration, organization, and automation of the industrial security program in accordance with NISPOM and company policies.
  2. Manage reporting and milestones for Project Cogswell and other assignments as needed.
  3. Track and enforce compliance with security training, self-inspection schedules, briefing certifications, and reporting requirements.
  4. Coordinate with FSO, CSSOs, and senior leadership to ensure security posture aligns with program and contractual needs.
  5. Liaise with IT, HR, Facilities, and Contract teams to ensure integrated support.
  6. Recommend and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation to enhance security compliance and operational efficiency.
  7. Assist in drafting and maintaining security plans, SOPs, checklists, job aids, and manage records to remain compliant.
  8. Serve as the primary contact for physical security and operational matters related to secure facilities and new build projects outside SPA Headquarters.
  9. Coordinate with FSO, IT, Facilities management, contractors, and program managers to ensure seamless secure area operations, including new buildouts.
  10. Support accreditation/reaccreditation processes and maintain all required documentation.
  11. Assist the corporate Facilities VP as needed.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  2. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across departments and with external vendors.
  4. Experience supporting SCI environments.
  5. Top Secret/SCI clearance.
