Qualifications

• High school diploma with 8 years of experience OR bachelor's degree with 4 years in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, or administrative work
• Valid Class E driver's license
• Must obtain Restricted Use Pesticide License within 90 days of hire
• Knowledge of nursery production, cultural care, budwood management, and horticultural practices
• Supervisory experience and ability to manage staff, budgets, and resources
• Occasional travel required, sometimes up to two weeks at a time for emergency programs
