The Funders’ Collaborative on Youth Organizing (FCYO) seeks a highly-organized, passionate, and multi-talented candidate with a commitment to supporting youth-led social justice to fill a new Operations and Administrative Associate (OAA) position that will manage financial, administrative, and logistics support to the organization’s expanded programming. Reporting to the Co-Executive Director and working closely with the Finance and Operations Manager, the OAA will support FCYO’s current and emerging programming across areas including: financial management, grant and contract management, event planning and logistics, and executive administrative support.
The ideal candidate brings a strong commitment to social justice issues, attention to detail, eagerness to work in the youth organizing sector, experience with financial management, logistics, and administrative duties, and the ability to thrive and succeed in a dynamic, fluid workplace environment. FCYO is a fully remote organization and the OAA can be located anywhere in the US. Some travel is required when FCYO resumes travel (anticipated to be in Summer 2021).
Salary is $60,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience. A full benefits package is included.
