Job summary

FlightSafety International is the world leader in aviation training with centers in the United States, Canada, France and the United Kingdom. The Operations Enablement Intern will work alongside professionals to gain insight into capacity planning and business analytics while handling real operational data.

The role focuses on developing repeatable methods to measure how predictive capacity plans translate into execution and performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher at time of application, to be submitted on resume.

Responsibilities

• Rotates through divisions and contributes ideas to grow and improve the business.
• Research and propose ideas for designated business-focus projects, present final results.
• Engage with customers or clients and provide service and/or sales.
• Offer suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
• Learn and become proficient on internal software systems.
