Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Senior Business Insights and Analytics professional to create analyses for decision support at the senior management level. The role focuses on quantitative analysis, advanced simulation, and modeling to support FlightSafety Operations.

The candidate will partner with business leaders, prepare executive-ready presentations, and develop complex models to drive forecasting and profitability insights.

Qualifications

• Experience working with business leaders/executives in decision support analytics.
• Knowledge of advanced modeling techniques, simulations, optimization, statics or mathematics.
• Displays ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated communication skills at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to influence analytic objectives and partner with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated curiosity about how and why things are done.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Leaders to understand objectives and analytics needs for decision support.
• Prepares timely, well written, fact based presentations for Executives.
• Develop and communicate work with accuracy and quality.
• Develops and/or maintains complex models to support decision making and forecasting opportunities.
• Identifies, assesses and communicates issues affecting profitability.
