Job summary

KeyBank offers a Summer 2027 Technology and Services Internship in Cleveland, OH. The 10.5‑week program provides meaningful work, coaching and events designed to spark a full-time career with Key.

Interns engage in business-critical projects across KTS, participate in Learning Labs, and are assigned mentors to share knowledge and guidance. A path to the Rotational Analyst Program may follow successful completion.

Qualifications

• Three years of undergraduate study toward a four-year degree with anticipated graduation May 2028 or December 2027
• GPA of at least 3.0
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in work or extracurriculars
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Project or related business software
• Intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Work on line-of-business specific projects that impact Key’s business and strategic pillars
• Engage in Learning Labs and mentorship opportunities to develop professional skills
• Network with teammates and executives across the organization
• Use industry-leading software (Tableau, Jira, Visual Studio, PowerShell, HTML, C#, Python, SQL) and participate in process improvements
