Qualifications

• Must have completed at least three years toward a four-year undergraduate degree with focused coursework in Business, Operations, Data Science, System Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics/Mathematics, or related majors.
• Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities.
• Solid analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or related business software.
• Intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work on line of business projects within Key Technology & Services (KTS).
• Participate in Learning Labs with internal/external speakers.
• Receive mentoring and networking opportunities with KeyBank teammates.
• Develop data analytics, reporting and process improvement skills.
