Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data including fixed asset, low-value supplies, traveling cost and other expenses.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Provide administrative coordination support to US headquarters.
• Assist with coordinating business travel arrangements for employees.
• Provide front desk reception support at the headquarters office.
