Join to apply for the Operations & Analytics Associate role at ACA Group

The Opportunity: The Operations and Analytics Associate provides administrative support for ACA’s Managed Service Division. The individual in this role is responsible for assisting with workflow management, tracking of client deliverables, and project scheduling. This position will have a hybrid schedule at our Pittsburgh office.

What you’ll do:

  1. Provide operational support as assigned to facilitate team workflow
  2. Assist with workflow management, workflow tracking, and project assignments
  3. Participate in drafting policies, procedures, and standards as they relate to project workflow
  4. Correspond with internal and external clients via email and telephone under supervision
  5. Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other documents, including billing, client reporting, invoice review, reconciliation, and sales statistics
  6. Perform ad-hoc work and special projects to support ACA’s client and internal initiatives

Minimum qualifications:
