Job summary

Uline, the leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, invites ambitious students to join the 2027 Operations Analyst Internship. This paid 12-week summer program at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, provides hands-on projects that improve operations, while pairing you with mentors and cross-functional teams.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze business reports and processes to uncover insights and opportunities to improve performance.




• Partner with a variety of departments to gain whole business knowledge and develop recommendations that ensure efficient operations.




• Learn how to use analytical tools, including SQL and Power BI, to pull and organize data for reports and special projects.




• Present your insights and recommendations to business partners and executive leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.




• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.




• Strong Microsoft skills, with experience in SQL or other analytical tools preferred.




• Strong work ethic, critical thinking and eagerness to learn.
