Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, seeks a 2027 Executive Operations Analyst Intern for Summer 2027 at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and present recommendations to decision-makers, gaining exposure across departments and building core analytical skills.

This paid internship is open to Junior-status students pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students pursuing a Bachelor's degree only.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to SQL or other programming languages strongly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business reports and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop analytical skills using SQL and Excel to turn data into actionable insights.
• Summarize data into memos/analyses and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to gain broad business exposure.
