Job summary

The program runs June to August (up to 40 hours/week); housing is not provided. Ideal candidates are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with strong communication, analytical skills, and a desire to improve healthcare

Qualifications

• Desire to pursue healthcare administration, public health, business, or data analytics in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and data visualization tools is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Enrollment in a full-time college program and in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Support the PHE Operations & Optimization team on strategic initiatives improving affordability, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Work with leaders, analysts, and stakeholders on projects with measurable impact.
• Prepare presentations and executive summaries at internship conclusion.
• Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality in line with company policies.
