Job Title: Operations Analyst, Catalog Operations
About The Role
DoorDash is seeking a data- and customer-obsessed Operations Analyst to join our Catalog team. You'll help build and maintain a high-quality, global catalog of saleable products, with a key focus on scaling our CPG Ads business.
What You'll Do
- Execute: Manage systems and frameworks that improve catalog coverage and data accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class catalog experience for shoppers and advertisers.
- Build: Maintain high-quality product data (images, descriptions, taxonomy). Lead initiatives that drive catalog health, quality metrics, and operational checks.
- Collaborate: Work with Ads and Catalog teams to prioritize tasks that unlock advertising opportunities and maintain catalog integrity. Act as a subject matter expert on CPG and syndicator data.
- Learn: Develop a deep understanding of our product, data, and roadmap to help shape operations and influence strategy.
What We're Looking For
