Job Title: Operations Analyst, Catalog Operations

Type: 6-Month Contract

Location: US Remote

Pay Range: $40-$43 per hour on W2 (DOE)

Job Description

The team is looking for an Operations Analyst who is both customer and data obsessed to join our team to help create a high-quality global catalog representing all saleable products in the physical world, focusing on scaling our growing Client Ads business.

Responsibilities

1. Manage systems and process frameworks to improve coverage and accuracy of the universal catalog.
2. Partner with internal stakeholders across various business functions to execute a best-in-class catalog strategy that enhances customer shopping and advertiser experiences.
3. Maintain high-quality Client product catalogs with accurate information (images, descriptions, names, taxonomy), lead initiatives to ensure data quality, monitor catalog metrics and OKRs, and oversee operational checks and controls.
4. Collaborate with the Ads and Catalog teams to prioritize work that unlocks advertising opportunities, supports catalog quality and integrity, and shapes operational processes; serve as the subject matter expert on catalog and Client/syndicator data.
5. Learn about our products, data, roadmaps, and capabilities to influence business strategy and operations.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience managing high-quality processes with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in building scalable processes, creating quality assurance practices, and implementing them across teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
