Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Operations professional for an asset management platform based in New York. Manage daily margin activity across derivatives, repos, and prime brokerage accounts; own collateral reconciliation and process automation.

The role offers exposure to private equity and infrastructure strategies, with opportunities to improve systems using Alteryx, Power BI and Python. 2+ years of derivatives margin experience and a business degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years margin/collateral experience with derivatives exposure.
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx or Python preferred.
• Geneva, VBA, or SQL experience is a plus.
• Track record of automating manual work.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily margin movements and reconcile collateral positions
• Maintain collateral systems and reference data
• Investigate and resolve breaks
• Support trade booking, settlements, and counterparty relationships
• Automate manual processes (Alteryx, Power BI, Python)
• Support regulatory reporting (UMR) and ISDA onboarding
