Job summary

LeoForce in New York is seeking a mid-level Margin Operations professional to manage daily margin activity across derivatives (IRS, CDS, TRS, futures), repos, and prime brokerage accounts on a small, high-impact ops team.

You will own collateral reconciliation, trade support, and automate manual processes using Alteryx, Power BI, and Python, with Excel expertise and familiarity with Geneva, VBA, or SQL as a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years margin/collateral experience with derivatives exposure
• Strong Excel skills; intermediate Power BI, Alteryx, or Python
• Geneva, VBA, or SQL a plus
• Demonstrated track record of automating manual work
• Organized, adaptable, strong communicator

Responsibilities

• Manage daily margin movements and reconcile collateral positions
• Maintain collateral systems and reference data
• Investigate and resolve breaks
• Support trade booking, settlements, and counterparty relationships
• Automate manual processes (Alteryx, Power BI, Python)
• Support regulatory reporting (UMR) and ISDA onboarding
