Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations, credentialing, provider/clinician management in telehealth or managed care settings.
• Familiarity with hospital credentialing, payer enrollment, and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing for clinicians across hospital partners and payers.
• Support onboarding/offboarding logistics, documentation, and systems access for clinicians.
• Coordinate workflows with clinical leadership and hospital partners to support program launches and reporting needs.
• Liaise with the third-party billing partner to ensure timely claims submission and resolve coding discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and maintain SOPs and internal documentation.
