Job summary

SEI Private Trust Company, a subsidiary of SEI, is seeking a Corrections and Reversals Analyst to support the SEI Wealth Platform. The role requires a self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive delivery schedule.

You will review and enter client information and transactions, perform root cause analysis, implement solutions, and maintain strict confidentiality while collaborating with multiple processing teams.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Preference in Accounting, Finance or Business related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

  • Set up securities, general account maintenance, and some level of client contact.

Job description

The Corrections and Reversals Analyst works in SEI Private Trust Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of SEI. This role requires a self-motivated, goal oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive delivery schedule. The Corrections and Reversals team is responsible for managing all client and internal requests to correct transactions on the SEI Wealth Platform.

What you will do:
  • Basic processing and/or service activities specific to team function
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and entering client information and transactions into multiple systems
  • Setting up securities, general account level maintenance, and some level of client contact.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
  • Working on special projects as needed.
  • Perform research & analysis of root cause conditions.
  • Implement solutions as assigned.
  • Interact effectively with multiple operational processing teams.
  • Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, quality and privacy.
  • Manage a time-sensitive delivery schedule.
  • Proactively recommend innovations and modifications which are in compliance with industry requirements and are consistent with corporate objectives and goals to improve operational processes, systems, policies and procedures.
  • Preparing and processing error-free transactions accurately and in a timely manner, according to client instructions and according to SEI procedure
  • Make decisions involving issues that may impact company financials, and making recommendations based upon interpreting policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned
What we need from you:

Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required. Preference in: Accounting, Finance or Business related field.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
