Acara Solutions is seeking an Operations Analyst in Wilmington, DE for a 6-month contract with potential extension to 1 year. The Investor Services team handles onboarding, documentation checks, tracking missing items, and customer email updates.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with 4 days in office and 1 day remote. You will support daily fund operations, assist with launches and liquidations, analyze data, generate reports, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
The Investor Services Team supports a seamless onboarding experience for investors by reviewing new account documentation, verifying that all required paperwork is complete, identifying and tracking missing documents, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with customers via email to obtain any outstanding information.
